About the role

We are looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our team, managing off-grid Tiny House holiday accommodation all over Australia.

We offer hybrid working from our Surry Hills office and home.

This full time role includes some weekends rostered across the team in advance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the team to manage our portfolio of 50+ partners (land partners, cleaning / maintenance partners etc) and properties.
  • Liaising with land partners, housekeepers and tradespeople to manage cleaning, inventory, maintenance, upgrades/refurbishments and deployment of new tiny houses.
  • Recruit, review and troubleshoot services and maintenance essential to the seamless running of the houses, all in rural locations.
  • Work alongside the Customer Support Team to provide information and assistance to guests in destination. 
  • There is opportunity for travel to destinations in rural Australia

  • Have strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with partners from all walks of life
  • Superior prioritisation skills to effectively manage a varied, fast-paced and demanding workload
  • The ability to coordinate and prioritise competing projects/tasks; anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions as they arise
  • Open to learning about the key equipment and technology required to operate off-grid accommodation
  • Have project management and / or operational experience in events, hospitality, travel, or similar industries
  • Be a quick learner, agile-minded and have an enthusiastic can-do mindset
  • Genuinely enjoy working in a collaborative team environment


To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Relevant operations and relationship management experience in events, travel, hospitality or similarly fast-paced industries
  • A current, valid driver’s license 
  • Working rights for Australia (sponsorship is not available)
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holiday periods when required
  • Project management experience highly regarded
  • Experience managing properties preferred but not essential
