Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone screenings for potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with Consultants and Account Managers.
- Handle candidate registrations, including face-to-face and web-based interviews.
- Perform reference checks.
- Ensure candidate care through follow-up calls and enquiry management.
- Manage database and administrative tasks.
- Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and candidates.
- Effective communication skills across all levels.

- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
