There is now an opportunity for an eager, dedicated, and motivated individual to join people2people!The Role:This role sits within our HR Solutions division working onsite with a premium client, to deliver our bespoke HR and Recruitment solution. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our high performing team. The talent acquisition coordinator will be required to function in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment.Key requirements will include:

• Candidate sourcing and selection activities
• Creating advertisements
• Interview scheduling
• Candidate screening
• Probity checks
• Preparing candidate offers and relevant documentation.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks

About You:To be successful at people2people and in our HR Solutions team, you must be determined, hardworking, and have real tenacity! We are a high-performing team and someone with a strong work ethic will thrive in this environment. It’s important that you have an eye for detail, be a confident communicator and be able to prioritise effectively. If you are proficient in MS Office/HRIS systems and possess full AUS working rights - then this could be the next step in your career. Previous experience supporting a recruitment function or team is preferred but not essential.
