About the role
This position presents an excellent opportunity for a recruitment specialist who is passionate about finding the right person for the right job. The role is fast paced and multi-faceted, providing the ideal opportunity to undertake tailored recruitment strategies to fill positions across our diverse organisation. This includes advertising, designing and overseeing the selection processes including interviews and preparing contracts.
Responsibilities
- Strategically source on various channels including LinkedIn, Seek, job boards and social media within the project timelines to deliver recruitment outcomes.
- Ensure excellent candidate care during the interview and offer stages and facilitate a seamless pre-onboarding process with the People & Culture Business Partners
- Provide advice and recommendations on recruitment requirements, sourcing strategies, recruitment market trends, candidate selection and other recruitment services.
- Manage clear communication to internal and external key stakeholders updating on status and feedback.
- Ensure all processes, policy, governance, and system data integrity is adhered to ensure legislative requirements are met.
- Collect data, meet recruitment goals and report on recruitment activity and success measures.
About you
We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively and a strategic individual with the following background and expertise:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), highly organised and able to meet strict deadlines.
