About the role
The Service Delivery Associate is a pivotal role within the TES business and has the objective of delivering the most efficient and high-quality service to our clients.
If you have a positive attitude with a willingness to acquire skills and knowledge, then this role is for you! We are welcoming anyone who is looking to build a career in customer services or looking for administrative/phone experience and who enjoys working with a team to join our business as an Entry level Service Delivery Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer problems and complaints to resolve customer issues as quickly as possible.
- Liaising with customers both over the phone and by email
- Ensuring all reporting and documentation requirements are met, including completing and maintaining timely, accurate and efficient administrative and communication systems.
- Managing of records for staff and customers.
- Processing sales orders
- Providing information to clients on a range of products and services
- Process new and co-ordinate the customer after-sales orders.
- Ensure all enquires and service requests that come via telephone, email and website are dealt with thoroughly and efficiently.
- Provide superior Microsoft Excel support.
- Provide effective and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Experience-
- Superior Computer and software literacy.
- Prior 2 years of work experience in customer service or administration.
- Good computer skills (including Microsoft Word & Excel)
