Form of workThe Entry Level Temporary Employment Register is open for candidates to register an expression of interest for Entry Level employment at the APS2 Level for non-ongoing opportunities. Opportunities may be offered for up to 12 months, depending on operational requirements.
Duties
The following are some of the primary duties which would be undertaken:
• Image capture, data match and process account payments with a high level of accuracy and work output within required timeframes.
• Actively develop and maintain relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
• Respond to requests for information as well as identify and escalate unresolved issues.
• Use computer based applications (e.g Microsoft Office and Comcare Information Management systems).
• Work collaboratively to manage injured employees' claims.
• Provide administrative support as required.
