AddressEla & Earth is a vibrant e-commerce store and lifestyle brand located in South Tweed Heads. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team!
As our in-house designer, you will work closely with both our marketing and e-commerce team to elevate our brand identity, develop regular EDMs and produce creative assets for our social media marketing. This is a full-time role (Monday - Friday) based out of our Tweed Heads warehouse.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with our founder to create an updated brand guide and visual identity
- Design captivating email templates that resonate with our audience and drive engagement
- Develop weekly EDMs that effectively communicate promotions, product highlights, and brand messaging
- Regularly review and update existing email flows to optimise performance and ensure alignment with marketing objectives
- Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to conceptualise and design creative assets for Facebook and Google ads, maintaining brand consistency and maximising visual impact
- Create visually appealing website banners in line with our marketing calendar
- Design other website elements as needed, including product and collection pages, to optimise layout and visual appeal
- Craft engaging Instagram stories that align with our brand aesthetic and storytelling strategy
- Create new surface prints and designs for our products
- Develop product documentation and spec sheets for suppliers
- Design product packaging and marketing cards
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in e-commerce, digital marketing, and branding.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (proven experience in Klaviyo will be highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for design trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
