Oz Airports specialises in providing staff to support airport upgrades and airport maintenance projects across Australia. We are seeking a Training Manager to join our team. This position is full time, work from home and is the person responsible for maintenance and improvements of our internal training system.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Manage all Oz Airports training records
- Work with IT Manager to establish online training on the Moodle Platform
- Develop and update the current training system (Cert III Standard)
- Be prepared to progress the business to RTO status
Your skills and experience
Essential :
- Significant aviation career experience preferably in Airport Operations, and proven training experience
- Hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Be an Australian Citizen, able to hold a Defence security clearance
- Hold a current ASIC
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
- Hold CASA AROC or equivalent Flight Radio Operators Licence
- Hold Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)
Advantageous
- ATC or Pilots Licence is a significant advantage
- Able to gain CASA approvals for training and testing of AROC licences (including GELP Assessments)
Given the remote nature of the role, it is imperative that the applicant be a team player and excellent communicator. The applicant also must be prepared to travel to perform face-to-face initial training courses and other operational training as required.
