Environment & Planning Team in Sydney is growing and looking for mid-level environment and
Planning Lawyers who are keen to join one of Australia's leading practices and work on the full range of
Environment & Planning matters, both front and back end.The role will work closely with the broader
Environment & Planning and Projects teams nationally on a range of market leading work while receiving guidance and mentorship from experienced and friendly Partners and Senior Associates.
About You- 2-6 years' environment and planning experience gained within a reputable law firm or in-house
- Experience in class 3, 4 and/or 5 claims in the NSW Land and Environment Court would be desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong drafting ability
- A commercial approach and a growing ability to negotiate contracts
- A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service
- You will thrive in a team environment and actively champion our firm and colleagues with a view to helping us be better today than we were yesterday
