Form of work Mandatory qualifications and conditions- Tertiary qualification in environmental science, environmental engineering, environmental management, natural resource management or equivalent.
Requirements of the roleKnowledge and experience:- Experience providing advice to support the delivery of infrastructure projects.- Experience in identifying and responding to new and emerging environmental issues, and identifying strategies and developing, guidelines, policies and procedures to manage these issues.
Skills and abilities:- Researching and analysing problems, and identifying and developing informed solutions- Ability to respond to pressure, acting decisively as the situation requires to achieve positive outcomes- Effective and open communication, both orally and in writing and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to, collaborate and educate internal and external stakeholders on complex environmental matters
