This is an Expression of Interest, available to current ART employees only.About the roleThe Change Management Lead is accountable for leading Change Management activities within portfolio or program initiatives, this could be within a given program and or through a collection of projects for that portfolio. You will also be responsible for leadership and capability development of Change resources who report directly to this role, ensuring business and stakeholder outcomes are met and there is adherence to Australian Retirement Trust (ART’s) Project Delivery Framework.Key accountabilities will include:
- Lead the definition, coordination, and monitoring of Change Management activities across the program / portfolio and actively contribute to risk management of the program/projects.
- Partner with Program / Project Sponsors to build change strategies and plans that enable, and support leader led change delivery that optimises business ownership and employee experience.
- Lead a high performing team through recruitment and resource planning, people leadership, ongoing mentoring, coaching and development of change managers/analysts to deliver quality outcomes
- Provide expert advice and guidance to support effective decision-making in the program and projects through strong analysis and stakeholder consultation.
- Partner with the Senior Manager, Organisational Change to contribute to the development and continuous review and improvement of Change Management standards, practices, processes and tools.
