We are seeking individuals with a proven background in administrative and executive support who can operate in a fast paced and changing environment, add value through their strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement and display drive and initiative.
Requirements:
- All applicants must possess a current National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 12 months).
- Must be able to provide 2 satisfactory references.
- Must have appropriate right to work in Australia.
- These positions are temporary, providing flexibility and encompassing a diverse range of tasks, spanning from a few weeks to several months.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for senior executives and staff, ensuring efficient use of their time.
- General Administration Support: Provide high quality, accurate, timely and professional administrative and logistical support to the executives, staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Travel Coordination: Management of branch finances and travel in line with allocated budgets.
- Document Management: Drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, correspondence, and reports to a high standard.
- Communication: Managing and prioritising emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
- Meeting Support: Attending meetings, taking accurate minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handling classified materials as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated proven expertise as an EA/PA/Executive Officer/Senior Administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal, liaison and representational skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of government processes and procedures (highly desirable).
