The role
Epicurean provides guests with the ability to explore multiple cuisines with panoramic views of Barangaroo and Sydney Harbour.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Epicurean kitchen team as a Junior Sous Chef
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Knowlege of food safety standards
- Leading a large team
- Ensuring high quality product and presentation
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Time management and prioritising tasks
- Multi-tasking and working in efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Motivating and supporting a diverse team
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Relevant hospitality qualification in Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (desirable)
This role requires:
- Previous leadership experience within a premium kitchen environment
- Full availability and work rights
