EPMO Reporting & Systems Analyst

Public Sector People (PSP) are currently looking to speak to a EPMO Reporting & Systems Analyst who would be interested in an initial 3-month contract within Local Government.     

• As soon as possible start date.
• 6-month contract
• Inner Melbourne suburb location
• Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office & 2 days from home) 
• $47 an hour + super
• Technology One experience desired! 

This role will suit a data/ Systems Analyst or someone who has EPMO/PMO/Project Management experience and has great skill and knowledge of systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly reporting and share projects status, ensuring project managers and vendors/ sponsors are engaged and provided with clear guidance on time and quality expectations.
• Work with the team and provide continuous improvement recommendations on the Project Management Systems and Reporting processes.
• Provide meaningful reporting and analysis of project data to support the delivery of the organisations project portfolio.
• Take ownership of the data in the Project Management System and ensure users are appropriately trained.

Requirements Include:

The following qualifications and/or experience are required for the position:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience.
• HIGH competency in Microsoft Excel and experience using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Hyperion.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes and confident to suggest improvements to the wider team.
• High level of initiative and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
