About the RoleReporting directly to the Director,
People Systems & Payroll, this role is the cornerstone of our organisation's payroll operations, wielding significant expertise in payroll and human resource information systems.You'll be the mastermind behind gathering data from diverse source systems including Chris21, Performance and Learning System (PageUp) and Springboard. In addition to supporting the Payroll team in ensuring they' re compliant, efficient, and contemporary where required.You'll be instrumental in supporting, testing, and implementing system enhancements, ensuring that our systems are always at the cutting edge. You'll be at the helm of driving system and capability uplift.
About You- Manage and provide expertise, guidance and coaching to the People Services team on all Systems and platforms, including, but not limited to Chris21, Page Up (Performance and Learning Management System), CPay, Government Identity Provisioning System (GIPS)
- Support workforce planning decisions using expert knowledge/technical expertise, including the provision of workforce profile data
- Provide leadership to the Systems and Reporting function and support Payroll where required
- As a key Subject Matter Expert for the new Payroll System, including, but not limited to, requirements, testing, a key SME for current state (Chris21) and change advocate/SME for future payroll system
- Collaborate with jurisdictions for the efficient maintenance of the organisational structure within the human resource information systems, to ensure that it reflects service needs and changes.
- Provide technical support and advice relating to the functionality of CSV's Business Intelligence reporting system and manage system data feeds.
- Provide adhoc reporting to the CSV People Services team in addition to all jurisdictions as required.
