6. Maintaining project related documents like Requirement Document, Design Document, Deployment document and Defect Tracker
7. Involved in JS Customization, Custom Web Resources, Plugins, Business Process Flow, Design, Business Rules, Workflow, Data Management, Translation, Ribbon Customization, Site Map and we resources and HTML pages for CRM to interact.
8. Technical Solution Designing on CRM Solutions & Integration Solutions.
9. Provide technical support to existing CRM clients.
10. Involved in System Architecture re-designing and assessing impact of the same on current processes
11. Involved in finding gaps in system, discussing the same with Business and getting it fixed.
12. Responsible for release in QA, SIT, UAT and PROD.
13. Working on CRM 365 Online/On-premises version and involved in design of various CRM solutions, integration solutions.

About the role :
• This Position requires a CRM Technical consultant will act as a technical SME for the CRM system. The individual will be responsible for development and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and the ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model and UI development. Additional areas of responsibility may include project management, and support service management.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands from a large user base. The candidate should have deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM in all technical and functional areas.
• This Position requires knowledge of client specific processes and systems.
• Required qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Information or Computer Science with knowledge and experience and deep understanding of client processes and systems
• Required skills: MS Dynamics 365,2016,2015 , Power Apps, Power Portal, Power BI, Custom Controls, Virtual Entities, HTML, AJAX, XML, Angular JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Dot Net, Webservices, Windows Services, SQL Server 2017, SSRS Reports, SSIS. Perl and Shell Scripting, Basic Java and C#.
• Required experience: A minimum of 12 years of Technical Experience in Dynamics CRM and understanding of Mortgage Loans, Mortgage statements and Banking domain
