Full Time, Ongoing About the Role As South Australia's largest health network, Central Adelaide (also known as CALHN) plays a vital role in improving the health and wellbeing of South Australians. As Principal Industrial Relations Consultant, you will lead the resolution of industrial and employee relations matters through the provision of high level advice, advocacy, and support. You will facilitate the management and resolution of workplace disputes, grievances and other employee/INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS matters through the provision of timely and effective consulting and partnering services, project management and advisory services, representing the employer in industrial and employee relations matters and the management of IR correspondence.
