Do you have?
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field, or equivalent industry experience in formal Project Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of strong project management experience leading and managing diverse formal and informal teams, delivering complex implementations or transformations, preferably within the Western Australian Local Government or similarly complex environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, demonstrated in navigating the complexities of Local Government services or similar complex business environments.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement, coupled with a high level of influencing and conflict resolution abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders at all levels and successful negotiation of outcomes. You will have a strong contractual analysis and procurement abilities aimed at optimising outcomes for licensing, Software as a Service (SaaS), and vendor consulting. Lastly, you will have a proven track record of successful project delivery and driving business value through technology.
