Role:
Highly developed knowledge and experience in the delivery of projects in two or more of the following areas: COTS implementation, ICT infrastructure commissioning, software development, strategic sourcing, and/or business improvement.Key Responsibilities:
- Take delivery responsibility for the assigned ERP projects, in accordance with the departments delivery frameworks, processes and tools to ensure deliverables are completed within the agreed baseline and that the expected stakeholder outcomes are achieved.
- Provide effective leadership to the multi-disciplinary teams working on the ERP projects ensuring processes and tools are used effectively and the team is successful in their objectives.
- Establish and build relationships with key customer contacts, stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective engagement, communication, issue resolution and implementation of the project and program objectives.
- Ensure that identified risks and issues are assessed, their impact and probability are known, and mitigation strategies are developed, reported and when needed, enacted, and monitored.
- Develop and maintain essential artefacts, including but not limited to, Project Plans, Exception Reports, progress reports and project Risk, Issue, Action, Decision and Dependency (RAIDD) logs.
- Ensure that outcomes and benefits are forecast, planned and monitored to ensure their effective realisation.
