The Low Down

This role is a business focused, non-technical role. Your first accountability will be to develop a roadmap and will include your findings on the current and future state ERP landscape.

What You will Be Doing:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, identifying opportunities and requirements for transformation.
• Develop a 12-month ERP roadmap,
• Lead a team of three, fostering collaboration and driving results.
• Effectively manage vendor relationships and oversee change initiatives within the ERP landscape.
• Manage ERP-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What Success Looks Like (all are required!)

• Adept in business stakeholder engagement, demonstrating exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in managing ERP systems, with a keen eye for business process mapping and improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor and change management.
• Previous experience in leading a small team.
