The Low Down
This role is a business focused, non-technical role. Your first accountability will be to develop a roadmap and will include your findings on the current and future state ERP landscape.
What You will Be Doing:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, identifying opportunities and requirements for transformation.
- Develop a 12-month ERP roadmap,
- Lead a team of three, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Effectively manage vendor relationships and oversee change initiatives within the ERP landscape.
- Manage ERP-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
What Success Looks Like (all are required!)
- Adept in business stakeholder engagement, demonstrating exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record in managing ERP systems, with a keen eye for business process mapping and improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor and change management.
- Previous experience in leading a small team.
