Responsibilities:
Supporting the Training Lead as needed on all training activities but not limited to
- Develop change agent network and ways of working within the network
- From time to time supports the Business Analysts especially during detail design workshops
- Elicit content from user stories and work with the training team to further develop into training content in conjunction with the project team, developer regular project showcases
- Maintain the Project Communications Grid Site and project FAQ
- Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in consent with Change Manager
- Identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders and report to Change Manager on the performance of stakeholder against agreed plans
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and in change management, supporting change strategies and plans.
- Sound business/commercial skills, change analysis, project coordination, management consulting and internal people consulting skills are required.
- Strong experience in projects, change management principles, techniques, and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
- Understanding of project management processes and phases.
