- Evaluate incoming change requests related to products, programs and processes.
- Analyse impact of proposed changes on other functions, workflows, and stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
- Address concerns and manage expectations throughout the change lifecycle.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to prioritize and categorize change requests.
- Lead the change board and facilitate review sessions with key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain formal change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes.
- Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, process improvement opportunities within change management.
- Implement corrective actions as needed.
- About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in product change control.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to gather and analyse data.
- JIRA, Teamcenter, SharePoint user.
