Change Analyst (Heavy Industry)

In this role you will:

• Evaluate incoming change requests related to products, programs and processes.
• Analyse impact of proposed changes on other functions, workflows, and stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
• Address concerns and manage expectations throughout the change lifecycle.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to prioritize and categorize change requests.
• Lead the change board and facilitate review sessions with key stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain formal change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes.
• Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, process improvement opportunities within change management.
• Implement corrective actions as needed.
• About you:

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in product change control.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to gather and analyse data.
• JIRA, Teamcenter, SharePoint user.
