ABOUT THE ROLE :

The Analyst Change is a key liaison and communication role between business units and the General Manager PMO/ Manager Change and Strategy.

Working closely with the Manager Change and Strategy, this role will support the establishment of the Change Management Framework and develop tools and templates as required.

They will also track change impacts across the organisation and provide alerts and advice on change overload.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications & Experience:

  • No specific qualifications required but demonstrated interest in recent and continued professional development in Change Management will be well regarded.
  • Experience as a Change Analyst/Business Analyst
  • Experience in status reporting
  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge of a variety of change management methodologies, in particular Lean Change.

Competencies:

  • Analysis and problem solving.
  • Creating dashboards for multiple audiences.
  • Using hybrid Change tools eg Miro, MS Whiteboard
  • Familiarity with Project Management systems
  • MS Office in particular PowerPoint

Your role as a Analyst Change :

  • Ensure consistent delivery and approach of change and project implementation requirements.
  • Develop resources and provide facilitation assistance to Manager Change and Strategy.
  • Shift attention and priorities in own work in response to changing needs.
  • Plan communication and engagement that is clear about purpose, desired outcomes, key messages and audience needs.
  • Track and monitor the progress status of project initiatives, deliverables and milestones,
  • Assist the General Manager PMO to analyse project risks, scope dependencies, issues and assumptions in relation to project portfolios and continuously update the risk register accordingly.

EXPERIENCE 

  • Demonstrated experience as a business or change analyst preferred.
  • Prior experience in status reporting
