Change Analyst (Heavy Industry)

In this role you will: Evaluate incoming change requests related to products, programs and processes. Analyse impact of proposed changes on other functions, workflows, and stakeholders. Engage with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders. Address concerns and manage expectations throughout the change lifecycle. Collaborate with relevant teams to prioritize and categorize change requests. Lead the change board and facilitate review sessions with key stakeholders. Establish and maintain formal change control processes. Ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes. Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, process improvement opportunities within change management. Implement corrective actions as needed.
