This pivotal role involves managing complex people matters, conducting thorough investigations, and providing strategic workplace relations advice. Your expertise will ensure compliance with employment laws and support the overall People Strategy.In this role, you will offer expert advice and end-to-end case management for complex people matters and grievances and conduct diligent investigations, collaborating with Legal, HR, and stakeholders on external claims. Part of your role will be to implement improvements by developing and implementing relevant policies and industrial instruments, manage case management reporting, and ensure effective policy management. You will document and review ER-related processes to reduce risk, support risk management, and implement appropriate controls. Fostering knowledge sharing and collaborative behaviours and staying updated on industry trends will enhance your role and the company positioning.A bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business, or related fields is essential. Previous experience in workplace relations or employment law, ideally within the financial sector would be ideal together with an in-depth knowledge of workplace relations legislation and procedures.
