SEO Manager will work within the Owned (Experience) Team within the Creative Futures business unit, as part of EssenceMediacom (EM). They will manage SEO and Content functions and agency offerings for EM clients within Creative Futures, drawing insight from colleagues, agency partners, data and analytics as well as their own experience, to help guide and shape the Owned Media product.
Responsibilities- Develop and deepen your colleagues' understanding of the importance of Owned Media within the marketing ecosystem, and how this channel delivers positive business performance and outcomes.
- Inspire and motivate colleagues to consider Owned Media channels, via the delivery of breakthrough work, in the context of client delivery and executional decision-making.
- Manage the SEO Content Coordinator, including their ongoing and long-term development, and day-to-day performance and executions across both internal and external undertakings.
- Understand client needs and work with colleagues to deliver a Creative Futures approach to maximise client performance and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted business partner and strategic advisor.
- Act as key point of escalation for all Owned Media-related client enquiries.
- Assisting the Experience Lead in commercialising the Owned Media product, positioning it in a way that differentiates it in market and compliments the overall Creative Futures positioning.
- Deliver against unit revenue targets.
- Develop and build commercial acumen across the Creative Futures Business stream.
- To report against the business growth targets, working closely with the client, team and market leads to identify opportunities and deliver against them.
- Ensure consistent best practice processes are designed and implemented across the Owned Media team, delivering breakthrough work.
- Work with the Experience Lead, along with the Head of Creative Futures, to identify and implement best practices from across the network with respect to Owned Media executions and outcomes.
- Share best practice across the team and wider EssenceMediacom business, with respect to Owned Media executions, and how it can effectively inform and influence client decision-making.
- Work with Managing Directors, Client Partners and other business units to build processes that encourage collaboration and elevate our work.
You experience
- Three (3) years of industry experience, specifically within the Owned Media space.
- A deep understanding of the processes required to deliver projects and inform executions.
- Ability to create scopes for new business opportunities when they arise.
- Ability and conviction to drive transformational change, bringing new ideas into the team
- Ability to influence, guide and shape the Owned Media product,
- Ability to deliver operational excellence and Owned Media services.
- Proven track record in delivering breakthrough thinking and transformative work for clients.
