The Estate Experiences Manager role is an integral part of our Estate team, and encompasses varied types of ground and event visitation. It is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate, tourism, events or hospitality specialist looking for a new opportunity to put their stamp on a world-class venue.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and generate leads for regular wine experience visitation and events
- Grow corporate events business within Chateau Tanunda, including number of events and revenue with an understanding of bottom line and profitability
- Organise and execute onsite and offsite events, including group wine experiences, wine dinners, expo events, tourism groups, corporate events and weddings, 20 - 500 + pax
- Handle all group, meetings & events enquiries for 20+ pax
- Grow our VIP Wine club events calendar to include offsite tasting and dinner events around Australia
- Attend trade shows, expos and networking events as required
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, event planners, and corporate clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, or event management
- In-depth knowledge and passion for wine, with the ability to convey enthusiasm and expertise.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with luxury service standards and attention to detail.

Flexible office work hours and event execution may require rostering on weekends and evenings. There is scope to adapt the role to be permanent part-time if requested.
