The Position:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to control their own future, with the effort you exert directly linked to your results and remuneration.
The role will see the successful candidate managing the project sales for a new community in Kilmore. You will be indirectly working for a well-established developer with a proven record and reputation for quality.
The successful candidate will be well supported to achieve the set targets with a comprehensive marketing strategy already in place and a premium sales suite.
There will be an expectation of consistently delivering professional standards at all times, inside and outside of work hours.
A bit about you:
- You will have Land or New Home sales experience and a proven track record transcending obstacles within a highly competitive property market.
- You will live locally and have a strong network of community and industry connections.
- The ideal candidate will have the energy and passion required to build on our success and ensure the performance of the assigned premium development.
Candidate Requirements:
- Current Driver's License
- Agents representative certificate
- Current Police Check
- Experience with a CRM (Database management system)
- Previous Real Estate Sales experience
