As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio, providing an excellent opportunity for seasoned professionals seeking a change and those who thrive on engaging with new people. This permanent position offers Monday to Friday working hours and is based in the Eastern suburbs, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills, coupled with proactive and detail-oriented qualities
- Ability to adhere to established processes in both theory and practice
- Understanding of residential real estate
- A valid Agent's Representative Certificate
- A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
