We are looking for an experienced Estate Planning and Administration Lawyer who is excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our practice BUT without a 12-hour working day expectation.
Clifford Gouldson is a growing law firm with locations in Toowoomba, Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast. Our preference is for this role to be based in Toowoomba.
The small team is led by Sheelagh Gray, one of Toowoomba’s most highly regarded Estate Planning lawyers, who has built her reputation on quality, personable service and an exceptional working relationship with our client’s other professional advisors. Our Estate Planning clients experience a truly personalised service as we take the time to completely understand their needs and build a plan that will meet those needs in the best way possible.
Our Estate Planning practice is growing and offers an opportunity for an experience Estate Planning lawyer to step straight into quality work.
We would also welcome applicants who have an established client base or referral network and who are looking for a firm with career progression pathways well set out.

About you!
We are looking for someone who has at least 4 years post-admission experience Estate Planning and administration work. Individuals at Senior Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate are all encouraged to apply.
Professional integrity and legal skills are of course expected, but we are also looking for someone who can relate to clients of all ages, walks of life and personal situations. Our clients range from first time willmakers, young families, business owners and family owned enterprises through to the elderly.
We won’t expect you to win work on the first day but we are looking for someone with an interest in building their personal network and contributing to our marketing efforts which may include writing legal alerts, attending events, networking and presenting seminars.
