Job Description:
Flight Stairways are seeking to employ a candidate whose passion is not only great customer service, but more than that, who wants to take that next step and get involved in learning the business of estimating, quoting and closing the sales associated with selling stairs, handrails, balustrades and more.
You will be working for Flight Stairways, who have built an enviable reputation for their craftmenship, on time delivery and value for money, being the company Builders prefer as their partner within the ACT building market.
The ideal candidate will play an important role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse project specifications and drawings to accurately estimate project costs.
- Prepare cost estimates ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Develop, deliver and close sales quotes. Covert quotes to sales orders and follow the process through to production, installation and/or delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Prepare and administer contracts, change orders, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
This role is based at Flight Stairways offices, Queanbeyan, in a fast paced friendly and motivated business environment.
