Job tasks and responsibilities
Key tasks for the role.
- Interaction with customers
- Working in a sales team
- Input of quotes/orders/services into the computer system
- Understanding how to read plans
- Working together with a team to achieve sales goals.
- Answering phone calls and email queries.
Thorough training for the above will be provided.
You will work in a friendly, fast paced, team environment interacting with our valued customers and with various departments within our business.
Skills and experience
Experience with customer service or administration is a preference, especially if in the building industry.
You will need to be highly energetic, organised, a pro-active self-starter, who plans well and has a great attention to detail.
Communication and computer literacy are vital skills required for this position.
Knowledge of reading building plans and take offs would be a definite advantage.
