Due to our business's continued growth and expansion, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team of revegetation and environmental regeneration specialists. About the role: 

Reporting to our General Manager, the Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for the preparation of tenders and building long term, profitable, trust-based relationships with our clients. Once the tender has been won, you will then manage the project to deliver it on time, on budget and to the Evolve Environmental standard. 

You will be based at our Head Office in Kedron, but travel will be required on a regular basis to your various projects. 

About you:

You are a skilled Estimator and Project Manager who understands the importance of building strong relationships. You enjoy finding solutions and have a team approach. 

To support you in your role, you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Ecology, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Landscape Construction or other relevant discipline
• Current Queensland driver’s license
• Current OHS Construction Induction (White Card)

Essential skills for the role include but are not limited to:

• Regular communication with suppliers
• Estimation and scoping
• Project / Development budgeting
• Collaborating with management team to develop project solutions
• Cost advice to clients
• Calculate and prepare quantities
• Manage and prepare tender submissions
• Request subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Contract Administration
• Project risk management
• Attending site inspections and project meetings
• Progress claims and variation assessments
• Working with onsite teams in delivery of projects
• Providing updates to all stakeholders

Experience in the landscape construction or building industry is essential.

The remuneration is negotiable based on your skills and experience + company car, laptop and mobile.
