About the position:
The Project Manager - Estimator, is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various aspects of events, ensuring they are delivered successfully and within budget and timeline. They oversee all stages of event planning. With excellent communication and organisational skills, the Project Manager - Estimator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless and memorable event experiences.

As the Project Manager – Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Pricing of new events and preparation of event schedules, work methodologies, programs, and other required documentation
- Overall project management and oversight of all aspects of project planning, development and implementation for a range of projects, including coordinating resources, managing budgets, timelines, meeting reporting requirements, and supporting project-related activities in accordance with contractual requirements, business goals and objectives
- Reporting to senior management on project forecasting, project performance and crew performance
- Ensuring competency, knowledge and safety compliance on all job sites including conducting site risk assessments and administration of WHS documentation
- Managing client relationships and consulting with builders, contract administrators and other professionals regarding event/project initiation, implementation and completion
- Complying with appropriate legal requirements, building and quality standards and occupational health and safety requirements
- Participate in the creation of new systems for improved efficiency
- Other ad hoc duties relating to project management and estimating as required
As the ideal candidate, you have:

- A resilient attitude with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- A Degree in Project Management or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Construction Safety White Card - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (CPCCWHS1001) or equivalent
- Previous knowledge of construction contract laws and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- A current valid National Police Clearance
- A valid Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to conduct site measurements
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Multi-site management background with a passion for leadership and development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with great organisational and problem-solving abilities
Desirable:
- MR or HR Licence
- CPR Certificate (HLTAID009) or Equivalent
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) or Equivalent
