We are looking for an Events Coordinator that has exceptional event sales, planning skills, with a history of coordinating and being hands on delivering events in a busy and successful function business.

Take ownership of event sales, organise and coordinate a busy calendar of weddings, functions and events at a respected, award-winning and trusted venue. You will have excellent events experience with an eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills.

Help us coordinate once in a lifetime events in magical, beautiful surroundings!

• Always be customer focussed
• A hands on operational role, where you get to deliver the dream weddings and events you sell.
• Be outcome & results focussed working alongside our fun and experienced team 
• Work on a variety of events including weddings, party and corporate events.
• Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment 
• Wedding planning experience is desirable
• Mandarian Speaking is desirable
• Full-time ongoing role with evenings as required for functions & events.
