Remuneration: HEW 6, $60.95 per hour (loaded casual rate)

The Opportunity

The Casual Events Coordinator provides a range of high-level event, administrative, coordination and research support to the Advancement Events team, which delivers high quality and impactful events to engage key stakeholders including alumni, donors, prospective major donors, staff, and friends of the University, in support of the University’s strategic plan, Impact 2030.

This role is responsible for providing end-to-end event (in-person, hybrid and digital) and program management support and undertakes a variety of general administrative duties to meet the operational demands of the Advancement Events team.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrated event planning and delivery experience, the ability to develop and implement effective operational processes and an ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Key to this role will be your organisation, hands-on approach to service provision, attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
