About The Role:
As The Event Mill continues to expand, we seek an Event Manager passionate about the vibrant world of events. You will work across a spectrum of events, driving the creative process and ensuring the flawless execution of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client event projects and oversee the event lifecycle from conception to execution.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Manage budgets and explore new business opportunities.
- Lead sales and rentals of our extensive event hire equipment.
- Manage your client portfolio from initial quotes to final orders.
- Design innovative event concepts and styles.
What We Need From You:
- Experience: 3+ years in event management or production.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: Meticulous, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for Design: Strong interest in event design and styling.
- Composure: Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Administrative Proficiency: Top-notch skills in office administration.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Presentation: Exceptionally well-presented to reflect our brand's high standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a current Driver’s License.
