Why you’ll love this role.
We have an amazing 12 MonthFixed Term Maternity Leave contract for an enthusiastic and experienced Events guru to join our team. This role is a key pillar of the Audience Engagement function for Nova 937, managing activity for the SuperNova Street Team and broader station activity.
In this role you will:
- Project manage promotional and marketing activities by creating exciting and creative promotions, experiences and events that are compelling to NOVA listeners and clients
- Work across station partnerships.
- Lead the SuperNova team and work closely with the Audience Engagement Manager to deliver on the company strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder such as CREATE, Sales and Marketing to ensure a winning culture of innovation, idea generation and execution across the NOVA Entertainment brand’s.
- Need to be able to negotiate, lead, ideate and implement concurrently and be energetic, enthusiastic & flexible in your approach.
More specifically, your day-to-day will include:
- End to end project management of brand, client and partnership led activations for the Nova brand.
- Developing and managing promotional teams to deliver an engaging, interactive brand experience.
- Managing recruitment, rosters and time sheets for promotional team.
- Accurate and timely budget management.
- Proactively develop promotional and activation led commercial opportunities for our Sales teams.
- Responding to client briefs.
- Managing merchandise and signage and stocktake levels.
- End to end project management of promotions as required including contest sheets, terms, prize fulfilment, winner adjudication etc.
- Winner and Audata management.
- Assist with local implementation of Smooth FM activations.
- Proactive prize sourcing.

Ideally you will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in event management or experiential activations.
- 2+ years’ experience in project management.
- Previous experience or passion for working in media industry.
