About the role…
- Our Events & Customer Services Department manages the logistical coordination and seamless delivery of all events in the Centre. As the main point of contact on event days you will be tasked with monitoring the operational delivery of events.
- With a solution focused approach, you will identify and communicate the needs of the Client to Centre departments ensuring effective and timely delivery of services.
- Conduct and complete pre and post event checks, capturing standards in quality presentation, safety and compliance.
- Work closely with your Customer Experience Coordinating team to ensure appropriate attention and care is given to our clients on event day/s which is foremost in consideration
- This is separate to Event Planning and aside from Food & Beverage Service.
Please note applicants must have Australian residency or permanent resident status. The successful applicant will be required to provide the Centre with a National Police Certificate Name Only (Police Check).
