The Role
We are currently seeking reliable and energetic individuals to join our client's team as Event Support Staff for an upcoming activation at the Bells Beach World Surf League (WSL) event. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-respected outdoor brand and engage with customers in a dynamic event environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and operation of the activation at Bells Beach.
- Engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and product information.
- Support the retail aspect of the activation, including processing orders using specialized equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the activation space throughout the event.
Selection Criteria
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or Event Support is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- MUST have reliable transport to drive to and from the event each day
- Attention to detail, particularly when handling transactions.
- Availability to work during the specified dates of the Bells Beach WSL event (Weds 27th March - Tues 2nd April)
