About the role
This position is part of our Client Experience Division which manages the College’s Student Services, Student Business Systems and Academic Quality functions. Excellence in customer experience is core to the team’s function of supporting the delivery of contemporary training.
The Events and Communications Officer is responsible for organising and coordinating campus community activation strategies including College events, student Events and awards, external shows and expos, across all campus areas.
This role also contributes to the development and delivery of corporate communications strategies including the preparation of material for internal and external audiences in accordance with College communications plans.
To be successful in this role you require strong experience in the planning, management and execution of high-quality Events and corporate communications. You will have well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills, sound organisation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
