AddressWe are looking for an experienced Events and Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team at ABI Interiors full-time. The role will involve working with our Brand Manager to actualise our Events and execute the overall brand Marketing strategy.
What you will be doing:
- Contribute to the ideation and development of event activations that enhance brand awareness and engagement and align with broader marketing and business goals.
- Conduct thorough research to gather insights and present findings that inform the overall events strategy.
- Engage in research and strategic planning to continuously improve event effectiveness and ensure alignment with industry trends and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
- Manage collaboration across different teams to ensure that event materials and resources are prepared in accordance with deadlines.
- Oversee the content planning and development to ensure that all collateral adheres to event specifics and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of Events and sponsorships, including reservations, supplier management, bookings, and timelines for relevant teams.
- Prepare essential documentation, including budgets, concept presentations, and campaign summaries to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conduct detailed post-event reporting and analysis to gauge marketing and business outcomes, focusing on lead generation and return on investment.
- Order and coordinate merchandise for Events and sponsorships.
- Manage Salesforce and email communications, handle advertising dispatches and web requests, and engage in proactive outreach and response strategies.
- Handle online profile management and BLINQ business card management.
- Support PR activities and brand activations, contributing to the brand's growth and visibility as the business expands.
- Assist the Brand Manager in the planning and project management of lead-generating events, including showroom activations, trade shows, and sponsored events.

- Degree in Event Management and/or Marketing highly regarded
