Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and content creation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media, and content creation, preferably in the sporting industry.
- Passion for Pickleball and/or Table Tennis with a deep understanding of the sports and their communities is advantageous.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass digital marketing, traditional advertising, social media, and promotional campaigns to enhance JOOLA's brand visibility and drive sales.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms, website, email newsletters, and advertising materials. Ensure that all content is aligned with JOOLA's tone, values, and messaging.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain JOOLA's presence on social media platforms such as instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Create regular posts, interact with followers, monitor engagement metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Market research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with with cross-sectional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals and objectives. Collaborate on product launches, promotions, and with sponsored players and events.
- Brand management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Generate regular reports and insights to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
