Working alongside our Group Marketing Manager, we're calling for an Events Marketer with a fervent spirit, someone whose ambition is matched only by their readiness to roll up their sleeves and lead our brand into its next chapter.

As our Events Marketer, you'll think differently to support our marketing strategies for our multiple venues and lead its execution to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue growth. Your role involves orchestrating campaigns across traditional and digital channels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and measuring the impact of your innovative initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing- Execute marketing strategies in sync with our brand's vision
- Be a visible and hands-on presence for our venues
- Working with external PR Agencies and vendors who are selling at any of our events to make sure all campaigns and initiatives are well promoted
- Help conceive buzz-worthy PR stunts and activations that break the mould
- Manage the entirety of our events, campaigns, competitions and activations each month
- Work alongside and support our functions and sales team
- Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including digital, email, social media, print, and events
- Keep a keen eye on market trends and competitors to sharpen our marketing edge
- Join forces with sales to create a unified front that resonates at every customer interaction
- Analyse campaign results, generate performance reports, and optimize based on insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
- Strong ability to curate and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends, digital tools, and platforms.
- Excellent communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into successful marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with outstanding organisational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency with marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
