About the Role
This role is an integral part of the Marketing team and is responsible for shaping and executing events that showcase our products with the goal of fostering deeper engagement with existing clients as well as attracting new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement event strategies that align with the overarching marketing objectives, with the goal of driving customer acquisition.
- Responsibility for the end-to-end event planning process, including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination and on-site set up.
- Manage the promotions, communications, and branding aspects of all events.
- Complete evaluation following each event and submit reports.
- Support of social media platforms and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and assist client fitout setups.
- Assist initial client fitout negotiations.
- Assist marketing initiative distribution and implementation.
- Manage the maintenance of installed merchandise (replenishment, rebranding, swap and replace etc).
- Assist maintaining marketing material stocks (promotional, display, stationary etc).
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Passion for creating highly professional experiences and events.
- Ability to identify and execute on opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
