Form of workOne of Australia's most established hospitality groups, Trader House, is looking for an Event & Reservations Coordinator for its flagship fine dining restaurant Cutler & Co. and its beloved Fitzroy wine bar, Marion.
Trader House is a collective of restaurants, bars, specialty retail stores and tailored events by Melbourne-based chef, cookbook author and columnist Andrew McConnell and photographer Jo McGann. They are Gimlet at Cavendish House, Apollo Inn, Cutler & Co., Supernormal, Cumulus Inc., Marion, Builders Arms Hotel, Meatsmith Heritage Butcher, Morning Market and Handmade Parties & Events.

About the role:
An integral position at Marion and Cutler & Co., your care for guest experience, your sales prowess and desire to create memorable events will directly contribute to their continued success.
This role sees you working closely alongside a passionate and professional management team to create seasonal, contemporary events for a broad range of occasions while managing exciting activations for an engaged customer base.

What you can expect:
