Key Responsibilities:

Creation of Memories and Exceeding Guest Expectations:

• Spearhead team events to create unforgettable memories, enhancing the overall dining experience.
• Instill a service culture exceeding expectations and leaving a lasting positive impression.

Strategic Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan and execute strategic events across all venues aligning with business goals and customer expectations.

Sales Generation and Customer Experiences:

• Drive sales through innovative strategies, ensuring exceptional customer experiences during events.

Collaboration with Venue Teams:

• Collaborate with venue teams to seamlessly integrate events into the overall hospitality experience.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.

Communication and Coordination:

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth event coordination.

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events through various channels.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

• Generate persuasive content for promotional materials, press releases, and social media.

Email Marketing:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to target audiences, providing enticing event details.

Community Outreach:

• Actively participate in online communities related to the event industry, building relationships..

Seven Rooms:

• Leverage the "Seven Rooms" program for personalized communication with guests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Marketing or events or related field.
• Proven Events Manager in ideally hospitality.
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills.
• Effective communication and leadership.
