Acquisitions Sales Manager (Real Estate) Marketing

Real Estate Lead Generation (RELG) is fast becoming the benchmark for Real Estate Marketing services in Australia. Formalised in mid-2021 based on exponential growth, from almost a decade of experience in Telemarketing for both Real Estate and many other industries.

Our teams have made a very large impact on the market over the last 36 months and due to our rapid growth are seeking an Acquisition Manager to assist with new business.

We seek an experienced sales person to move into our Acquisition Manager role. Note before; this is a commission only sales role with unlimited earning potential dialling cold leads for as many or few sales as you would like.

This is a work from home position between 3-5 days per week currently, with the ability to scale to a 5 day week. This role is open to all Australian locations.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES

• Phoning through data lists (provided to you) offering our services
• Managing your calendar for your sales pipeline
• Completing sales forms to validate and process sales you acquire
• Explanation of product offering to prospects

REWARDS AND REMUNERATION

• $200 paid for each account converted
• Generous Seasonal Bonus Structure
• Current account managers obtaining 5-10 new accounts per week
• Paid weekly with no funds held

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• One week trial offered to you.
• If successful, 3 month contract will be offered under ABN or ACN
• If continuing after 3 months, an ongoing contract will be offered to you as a business under ACN.
• Post 3 months you will have access to parental leave, ability torun your own team by subcontracting your role and access to the company American Express Platinum card and benefits.

RECOMMENDED TRAITS

• You will need your own home office setup & ABN
• Telephone Sales Experience highly recommended
• Ability to work independently (we don’t micromanage you, but are available for your assistance when needed)
• Mid-level computer skills with the ability to use basic online services (Google Docs, Email, Etc.)

The product itself is the telemarketing service we provide to Real Estate Agents. We are the preferred supplier for Telemarketing to a large scale QLD franchise and work with all agents, independent or licensees. Our product offering, pricing, skills and results all speak for themselves making the sales process quite easy for our acquisitions managers.

In this role, hard work is rewarded. Minimum KPI’s are set for you to ensure you are suitable for the role.
