About the Opportunity
To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Execution Superintendent to join our Site Services Department, serving as the central point for technical scopes executed during fixed plant shutdowns on iron ore, port, and precious metal-based assets. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be an initiative-taking individual with excellent communication skills, leading multi-disciplined work groups and prioritizing tasks across various work fronts. You will drive the implementation of high-level service provision through active field leadership, client and internal stakeholder engagement, and the continuous development of your team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a proactive safety culture and provide coaching for safe work execution.
- Engage with clients and the workforce, providing clear direction for seamless execution.
- Maintain high operational standards throughout shutdowns, ensuring operational discipline.
- Lead all facets of site execution, from mobilization to demobilization.
- Establish performance and safety related KPIs, provide coaching, and manage corrective actions.
- Lead inspections and ensure high-quality work delivery through rigorous quality assurance.
- Mentor, coach, and effectively manage performance within the team.
- Address incidents with clarity and consistency, demonstrating resilience in challenging situations.
- Previous experience in industrial services is essential.
- Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills are a must.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Mechanical trade or tertiary education is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing site execution.
