Executive Account Manager - Team Management

We are looking for a driven and experienced Insurance Broking Management Professional to join a respected firm as an Insurance Broker, leading a team and shaping the future of the business.
In this leadership role, you will:

• Drive business growth through new business development and client retention strategies in designated accounts.
• Motivate and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives, Account Executives, Assistant Account Executives, and Insurance Broking Interns.
• Key performance indicators include business retention, complaints handling, and continuous professional development.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

• Solid technical expertise in insurance products, legislation, claims, broking technology, dispute resolution, and compliance.
• Demonstrated Team Management skills.
• A proven track record of success in insurance broking, ideally with 10 years of experience.
• Leadership qualities to inspire and guide your team towards achieving goals.
• Mandatory qualifications: Diploma in Financial Services & Tier 1.
• Highly regarded: Tertiary business qualifications (a plus).
